Terms for using TranscribeNow

These terms cover use of TranscribeNow, a web service that converts audio and video into text.
The live site is www.transcribenow.work. Invoices and billing records may show WingPilot Labs as the billing name for TranscribeNow.
You can upload files, import a direct media URL, or record audio in the browser. Transcription consumes credits. One credit equals one minute of plain TXT, rounded up. Speaker detection and timestamps + SRT/VTT each add one credit per minute. Current limits are about 25MB and about 25 minutes per file.
You must have the right to upload the files you submit. Do not upload content you are not allowed to process. You keep ownership of your recordings and transcripts. We only process them to provide the service.
Paid plans and credit packs are charged through the configured payment provider. Unused promotional credits may expire as shown in the product.
Do not use the service to break the law, probe other people's systems, or overload the transcription provider.
